Hands on experience in analyzing and maintaining Chemical Baths of Plating, Thorough knowledge in Treating Effluents.
Experience in conforming to parameters set by and procedures of TNPCB.

Experience in Medium sized Engineering Manufacturing Company. Also familiar with TQM, TPM, New machines developments and Re-engineering.
Determine the most efficient and cost-effective methods for industrial production and maintenance. Designs systems that integrate material, equipment, information and people in overall production processes.
Evaluates potential or actual physical harm caused by machinery and redesign or replace equipment as necessary.

Must have hands on experience in Electrical Equipment trouble shooting & Installation.
Experience in Maintenance of DG Set, Transformer, MV Panels, HT Line, PLC, AC & DC drives.

Must have good leadership qualities, lead a team of electricians.
Good experience in Electrical Maintenance of a Manufacturing Unit.

Engineer - Production
Experience in Medium sized Engineering Manufacturing Company also familiar with 5S,TQM, TPM and Quality Standards and ISO Compliances.
Overseeing production related tasks including planning, procurement, and control & troubleshooting for achieving the planned periodic schedules as per budgeted parameters.
Coordinating for on time maintenance, shutdown operations for improving the reliability and safety of personnel and production processes.
Overseeing performance of subordinates, motivating them to improve their contribution levels.
Responsible for planning of shift manpower / manpower management.
Monitoring Production Plan vs. actual during shift hours.
Monitoring hourly based production in all departments during shift hours.

Tool & Die Maker
Must have hands on experience in high precision metal forming & stamping dies.
Candidate must be qualified in trouble shooting & quick changing over dies for high volume production process.
Must have knowledge in high speed presses and dies (250 to 500spm) that produce close tolerance products.
Knowledge in Tool room machines preferable.
Knowledge in ISO & 5S/TPM preferable.
